Booking Conditions
Upon booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all spa appointments longer than 1 hour, credit card payments or money transfer accepted.
If you don’t feel comfortable advising card details over the phone we are happy to accept a money transfer. A photo of the transaction can be sent as proof of payment.
Group Bookings
We are happy to accept group bookings but deposits will be required to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules do change, however we ask that you please give us 7 day notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations advised more than 7 days prior to your treatment date will be eligible for a refund of the deposit paid less a $10 for administration and banking fees per booking.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled treatment will incur the loss of your 50% deposit. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours or “No Shows” will be charged the full booked treatment cost.
Alteration of treatment time.
Gift Vouchers
When booking your treatments please let us know that you will be paying with a gift voucher. Please ensure that your gift voucher is presented upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatments if you arrive without your gift voucher.
Guests are asked to protect Gift Certificates and treat them like cash, if lost, anyone can redeem the value. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
The Lily Pond Day Retreat Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
The Lily Pond Day Retreat Gift Voucher is valid for the period of time indicated on the card itself. This will not exceed 6 months from date of issue. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.
When you use The Lily Pond Day Retreat Gift Certificate, it is intended for single use only on a single order. Change will not be given.
The Lily Pond Day Retreat Gift Voucher can be used for one recipient per Voucher.
If a payment issue arises after the purchase and issue of a Gift Voucher, The Lily Pond Day Retreat reserves the right to cancel the set value on the gift card.
Arrival for Spa Treatments
It is requested client to arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment so that you have time to wind down and fill out the client form.
We will always endeavour to accommodate all guests where possible, however arriving late for your appointment may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment.
If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
Spa Etiquette
The Lily Pond Day Retreat is a place of calm and a chance to unwind, relax and recharge. Before you enter the spa, mobile phones and electronic devices are to be switched off. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the relaxation and privacy of other guests. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
To help maintain a peaceful environment the minimum age requirement is 16 years of age for Spa Treatments and 12 years for the Magnesium Pool.
Health Considerations
Some spa treatments may not be recommended with certain health conditions, it is therefore always recommended that you advise our staff of any health concerns when booking your treatment. You will also be asked to fill out a confidential consultation form prior to all treatments to ensure they are suitable for you.
If you are pregnant please advise us at the time of booking so that we can recommend the most suitable treatments for you. We do not recommend the Magnesium Pool for pregnant women due to the temperature.
It is not recommended that you consume alcohol prior to or during spa treatments. It is equally important that you drink plenty of water during and after your visit to help achieve the best possible benefit from your treatments.
Please let your therapist know immediately if you are feeling uncomfortable. Our therapists want to ensure that you get the maximum benefit and relaxation from your treatments so please advise them if you would like them to alter the massage pressure, the room temperature, or are uncomfortable for any reason.
The treatments provided are not medical treatments and should not be construed as such.
By booking our services or pool you give your consent to receive massage services and/or spa treatment and/or swim in the Magnesium Pool and acknowledge and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Your health and safety with respect to such Services are your sole responsibility. Your decision to receive Services is voluntary, and you know of, understand and assume any and all the risks associated therewith.
The Lily Pond Day Retreat does not offer nor provide medical advice and should you have any concerns, we would urge you to obtain medical advice from a trained medical professional.
Privacy Policy
At The Lily Pond Day Retreat we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximize the services that we provide to you. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles.
We do not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve its website and its services but not for any other use.
We do not store credit card information.
